When buying a vehicle, how will I know how everything onboard works?

We advise you to stay with us for a couple of days in our small camp site and our experienced staff will gradually show you how to operate all of the equipment. That way you will have experienced operating all of the equipment and drive away feeling confident that you know how everything works.

Will the vehicle I choose be serviced and MOT'd before I collect it?

All the vehicles we supply have all of the appliances tested, they are given a full service and we take them to a Ministry approved test centre for an MOT.

Once I have bought the Motorhome, how often do I need to get it serviced?

Annual service unless higher mileage when we recommend an extra oil and filter change.

Where can I get my motorhome serviced and repaired?

We can carry out all servicing and repairs. We also offer an overnight parking facility whilst we work on your vehicle.

How easy is it to get parts for the motorhome?

We carry a large stock of service parts and place weekly orders to the US. Most of our items in stock can be sent to customers on a next day delivery.

Will camp sites in Britain and Europe accept American Motorhomes?

Yes, there are hundreds of camp sites. Some customers choose to find their own on route, whilst others choose to join the camping and caravan club who offer a comprehensive site guide ranging from smaller remote site with few facilities to club sites with Swimming pools and Laundettes.
